Responsibilities

-

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions tailored to business needs.

- Configure and manage components such as CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and integrate external systems.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical solution definition, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.

- Produce technical documentation, perform evolutionary maintenance, and ensure platform operational integrity.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development/implementation, preferably ITOM.

- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.





- Experience integrating via REST, SOAP, JSON; configuring MID Server and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- ServiceNow certification in System Administration, Application Development or Implementation Specialist is a plus.

- Fluency in Spanish.
