In this CloudOps Engineer role, you will keep our SaaS platform reliable and efficient across multi-account AWS environments. You’ll support CI/CD pipelines, monitor service health, and manage cloud costs, while leveraging MongoDB in production. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable operations aligned with healthcare and data standards. This position combines hands-on cloud operations with automation to drive platform reliability and cost efficiency.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support day-to-day AWS operations (EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC) and perform patching, scaling, and backups
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call rotations
• Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and improve deployment reliability through automation
• Support cost-optimization initiatives, monitor usage, and identify savings opportunities (right-sizing, compute migrations, storage tiering)
• Operate and monitor MongoDB and RDS Aurora clusters,



including performance, backups, and scaling
• Configure observability and alerting (Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry) and contribute to runbooks and dashboards
• Follow IAM security practices and apply least-privilege policies; support patching, logging, and compliance tasks (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA)
• Collaborate with security engineers to maintain audit readiness and work with global teams and partners
Responsabilidades
• 3–5+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Solid operational xqbhyrx knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch)
• Hands-on production experience with MongoDB/RDS Aurora
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Operations-first mindset and detail-oriented approach
• Collaborative and growth-minded attitude
