In this role you will lead BI solution design for MicroStrategy and SAP BusinessObjects, steering platform optimization and migration efforts while delivering reliable reporting. You will work across cross-functional teams to define target‑state architecture, optimize performance, and harden security, supporting the MSTR SEA reporting backlog and enabling future Power BI Fabric / Copilot initiatives. This position combines hands‑on development with architectural ownership in a large enterprise BI landscape. You will help shape the BI platform roadmap and ensure scalable, compliant reporting across multiple platforms.

• Support ongoing MicroStrategy and SAP BO report development and delivery within the MSTR SEA team
• Own assigned reporting workstreams with established standards for delivery, testing, and documentation
• Review and optimize MicroStrategy VLDB settings and BO universes/semantic layers for performance and scalability
• Define and own target-state BI architecture across MicroStrategy and SAP BO, including metadata layers and multi-platform standards




• Propose and implement configuration updates aligned with optimization and risk mitigation
• Lead analysis and documentation of current platform setup, proposing architectural adjustments
• Review and update security roles, permissions, and ACLs to ensure compliant access
• Test re-configured environments after changes and coordinate with testers
• Support deployments with Infrastructure teams and maintain cross-team communications
• Produce and maintain technical and architecture documentation, and enable knowledge transfer
• Facilitate internal resource transition toward Power BI Fabric and Copilot by stabilizing the BI landscape xqbhyrx
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy and SAP BO development, architecture, and administration
• Strong experience with MSTR project configuration (VLDB) and BO universe/semantic layer design
• Solid understanding of security models, roles, user/group access, and ACL design
• Experience in large, enterprise BI environments with multiple stakeholders
• Proven experience designing and architecting enterprise BI solutions and multi-platform reporting
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review and improve BI platforms
