At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to help ensure the availability of essential materials, equipment, and services for an airline company based in Viladecans, Spain .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement processes for materials, spare parts, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with national and international suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure compliance with agreed commitments.
- Support the optimization of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical materials.
- Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and performance indicators.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain departments.
- Experience within airlines, MRO (Maintenance,



Repair and Overhaul) organizations, aircraft maintenance, or the aerospace industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English level (minimum B2).

What We Offer

- Permanent contract with Eurofirms.
- Salary range: €25,000 - €30,000 per year , depending on experience.

- Hybrid working model: 2 days of remote working per week.
