Job Description

The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr’s most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

- Act as a trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr’s largest and most complex enterprise customers.
- Own end-to-end architectural strategy for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.
- Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
- Influence Sprinklr’s product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight.




- Establish reference architectures and best practices across the integral SA organization.
- Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence.
- Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI-powered CX and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Engineering;
Master’s strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.
- 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale.
- Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning.
- Proven leadership in multi‑cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures.
- Strong executive presence and strategic influence.
