Establish a long‑term organization at AHE to secure industrial architecture local influence
Purpose: Develop the architecture role in AHE to ensure that existing know‑how and capabilities are flowing upstream to influence Design Operations, maximizing Design‑to‑Manufacture opportunities and contributing to the optimization of Production Cost (DtX).
Benefit: Benefit from existing competences already built in AHE in this field (HIL, X Programs, RACER, etc.), providing further career development to the ME population.
Challenges: EDI‑AHE connection to be enhanced in the early stages of product development, making major step changes and production competitiveness so RETEX from AHE ME is considered.
Assumptions: AHE identifies relevant profiles to be developed.

Lead the MKIII industrialization workshare and act as the interface of MKIII program supporting FAL/FL implementation
Purpose: Secure industrialization deliverables up to MG7 for the AHE perimeter (FAL/FL/RF/…).
Purpose (continued): Improve the connection and relationship between team EDI‑AHE, AHE to IPO team, IPO Team to AHE.
Challenges: Secure the reporting of AHE activities to France for alignment. Manage IPO team members located in France from Albacete.
Assumptions: Current Tigre organization to update to fit with the expectation.
4.
Analyse and deliver the end‑to‑end Industrial System strategy for RF assembly line to reach MCA targets
Purpose: Perform a deep analysis on AHE industrial setup, focus on MCA RF, providing a "4 squares evaluation" to support evaluation of Industrial System AHE readiness to reach challenges. Launch method analysis and decision making like modelization/simulation.
Purpose (continued): Define and argue the RF assembly strategy, which will be used as inputs for each new program or major evolution of RF workshare for a dedicated product. These analyses could be extended to other assembly products done in AHE.
Challenges: Define a clear and achievable strategy. Identify the strategy as a mandatory input for future programs or major upgrades.
Assumptions: Make an AS‑IS of the current RF assemblies.
