About The Role

As a Non‑Licensed Operation Instructor, you will participate in all stages of the SAT process. This process involves the initial training programs for unlicensed operating personnel of a power plant. Additionally, you will involve yourself in the common contents and transversal training of any unit. This is a full‑time job with a schedule adapted to the workplace. You will report to the supervisor of the training school and will be located in Trillo (Guadalajara). This is a hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities

-

- Develop the sessions corresponding to initial training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.

- Implement the sessions corresponding to continuing training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.

- Develop and implement sessions corresponding to common training courses for other different sections of Operation.

- Help manage students and courses of the LMS (Learning Management System).

Qualifications

-





- Minimum in possession of a university degree or master's degree in one of the scientific or technological disciplines recognized in Spain (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry...).

- 1+ year of experience in a scientific or technological role.

- English level above B1.

- We will value experience with LMS content management platforms.

- Experience using office tools will be an asset.
