Meet the team

The SEO team is responsible for capturing and influencing demand when millions search for what to do next. We engineer visibility across search engines, local listings, LLMs and third‑party integrations, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to grow organic revenue.

The role

As SEO Senior Strategist, you will own the SEO strategy across Fever’s global ecosystems, turning organic search into a measurable growth lever and acting as a strategic reference for the wider SEO team.

What you’ll do

-

- Design SEO strategies that build competitive advantage by prioritizing initiatives by their business impact on traffic, conversions and revenue.

- Identify high‑value growth opportunities, build business cases and estimate ROI and resources upfront.

- Apply a quick‑testing, experiment‑driven mindset to validate hypotheses and iterate rapidly so that solutions scale across all ecosystems.

- Provide the technical foundation: guide information architecture, infrastructure and technical SEO decisions.

- Lead high‑impact SEO projects end‑to‑end, coordinating autonomously across Product, Engineering,



Content and Marketing while managing resources, timelines and trade‑offs.

- Define KPIs, build dashboards and run attribution‑ and forecasting analyses to monitor progress and quantify SEO’s business impact.

- Present results to stakeholders through storytelling, negotiate priorities, represent SEO in forums, define KPIs and mentor specialists.

Who you’re looking for

-

- 7 + years experience as an SEO Strategist on high‑traffic sites (5 M+ monthly visits).

- Experience working with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy for local markets.

- Self‑managed, proactive profile with strong initiative and teamwork.

- Data‑driven mindset with solid understanding of analytics and metrics.

- Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLM to build SEO solutions, automate workflows and enhance productivity.

- Deep knowledge of search‑engine ranking factors, including LLM‑powered ecosystems such as RAG, citations and query fan‑out.

- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS.

- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

- Expert use of industry‑standard SEO tools.

- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current SEO practices.





- Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication.

- Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python.

- Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation.

- Experience with workflow automation.
