- Assisting Scheduling the calls and monitoring of the participation and attendance to different trainings

- Managing and monitoring of those topics related to P&C; Hub Learning and platforms such as Coursera

- Supporting with the registration and management of the training bonus through FUNDAE in Nordex

- Reviewing and controlling the expiration dates for compulsory technical training

- Supporting the coordination of different company events such as Christmas campaigns, social responsibility activities and Diverse and Inclusion initiatives

- Giving support and contributing to the different initiatives the may be throughout the year

Your Profile

-

- Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources,



Business Administration, or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Complementary Training: Master’s degree in human resources and Success Factors or SAP ERP knowledge will be a plus

- Advanced professional English skills
