workflows and work instructions /liliDefinition and scoping of system requirements and cooperation with tech teams for system functionalities and design /liliCreation of reports measuring performance and quality /liliCreation of training material and train the trainer sessions /liliLead root cause analysis (using Lean, 5S or similar tools) to resolve performance gaps in relevant In Station KPIs /liliCollaborate with stations' teams to capture challenges and promote process changes /liliDrive a culture of continuous improvement by training frontline leaders on lean principles /liliCreate and implement routines and mechanisms to drive improvement in the delivery stations /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAbout You /strong /pulliBachelor's degree or higher;
5+ years of experience in the logistics and delivery/ distribution industry /liliPreferably retail;
E-commerce background /liliExperience in process optimization, creation of SOPs /liliSix Sigma experience is a plus /liliFluent English, which can be used as a working language;
German or French proficiency preferred;
/liliExcellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to implement systems;
