At BDO Digital & Tech , we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across international B2B markets.

What you’ll do

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, events, and networking.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business challenges.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Manage opportunities and customer interactions through CRM tools.

What we’re looking for
- 2--4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development,



Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Experience in B2B prospecting and demand generation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- English C1 or above (mandatory).
- Spanish and additional European languages are a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
