/liliThe Scope: You will take full operational and administrative ownership of the physical delivery depot—overseeing inbound sorting, parcel routing, driver dispatch waves, vehicle safety compliance, and the direct management of shift supervisors and local delivery couriers.

First-Time Delivery Rate, and scan compliance, actively troubleshooting route disruptions.
/liliDriver Wave Sort Optimization: Structure the early-morning sorting lines and van loading waves efficiently, minimizing driver wait times at the bays and maximizing daily delivery capacity.
/liliCompliance Labor Governance: Ensure all station operations and driver scheduling comply 100% with Spanish road transport safety, warehouse risk prevention (PRL), and local labor standards.
/li /olpbr/ppstrongPosition Requirements /strong /pulliHands-On Floor Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a fast-paced team of operators and delivery drivers under high-pressure, time-sensitive morning dispatch constraints.
