Your Mission

As Business Integration & Development Specialist , you will act as a strategic link between our Business Units, fostering collaboration, developing cross-business opportunities and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and local execution.

Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, your mission will be to strengthen integration across the organization, identify commercial synergies and support strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this cross-functional role, you will contribute to the development of the business by connecting people,



processes and opportunities across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Foster alignment and collaboration between different Business Units, encouraging the sharing of best practices and the development of commercial synergies.

- Identify new business opportunities and support nationwide business development initiatives.

- Develop integrated commercial solutions by combining the expertise and services of multiple business lines.

- Coordinate and support cross-functional strategic projects, monitoring progress, KPIs and business impact.

- Analyze market trends and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

- Contribute to the optimization of commercial and operational processes, improving efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

- Build strong relationships with Area Managers, Key Account Managers and local teams, acting as a facilitator between Headquarters and branch operations.

- Ensure effective communication and alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.

- A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.





- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business and market data.

- A genuine interest in business development, organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.

- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across different functions and management levels.

- A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and the ability to influence without direct authority.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluency in English and Spanish, Italian nice to have

Previous experience in business development, strategic projects, consulting, commercial excellence or business transformation will be considered a plus.
