We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager, HSB to join our Madrid-based team and act as the principal Commercial Operations business partner for Spain. This is a highly visible role combining strategic business partnering, commercial excellence, analytics, launch readiness and digital innovation. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape business decisions, drive performance and support future growth initiatives.

About the Role

- Partner with commercial leadership to support business strategy and execution.





- Co‑lead the Brand Team and contribute to commercial planning.

- Design and monitor strategic KPIs and performance metrics.

- Deliver sales, market and business performance analysis.

- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.

- Support targeting, segmentation and resource allocation initiatives.

- Contribute to launch readiness and future product introductions.

What Are We Looking For?

-

- Successful experience in commercial operations, business intelligence, analytics or commercial excellence.

- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or other commercially focused industries.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

- Experience influencing business decisions through data and insight.

- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

- Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Veeva CRM, and Tableau.

- Ideally experience supporting product launches or business growth initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Degree in Science, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
