This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
/ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /pulliDevelop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
/liliNegotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
/liliMonitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
/liliConduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
/liliIdentify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.G., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.
/liliDrive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.
/liliStay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.




/liliPrepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
/liliEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.
/li /ulpstrongAbout you /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
/liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
/liliProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
