The role involves leading the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance through data‑driven insights, and ensure effective promotion of products and experiences across digital channels.

Responsibilities

- Own the marketing strategy for exclusive experiences worldwide, including partner and Fever Original events.
- Create and execute high‑visibility performance digital marketing campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage the profit and loss of your region and the marketing budget.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) to provide strategic directions for campaigns.
- Build and grow your own team to support campaign execution.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.




- Native level of Dutch and a good level of English.
- Strong marketing background with a data‑driven mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and leading cross‑functional projects.
- Interest in working in Madrid and evolving within a growing company.
