Digital Content Creator – ING Business Banking Spain

We are looking for a talented Digital Content Creator to join our Digital Sales team for Business Banking Spain. The team accelerates digital growth across the Self‑employed and Micro companies segment, focusing on attracting, activating and converting clients through high‑performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive conversion‑focused content across the full digital acquisition ecosystem – traffic generation, campaign activation, onboarding flows and lower‑funnel conversion optimization.
- Work closely with Brand & Comms, CRO, Paid Media, Digital Marketers, UX, Legal and Product teams in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
- Adapt and optimize copy for paid media, landing pages, onboarding flows and sales journeys.
- Define and activate below‑the‑line communication strategies, using GenAI‑powered content creation to scale and test across social, organic and paid media.
- Manage and maintain consistency of content across multiple digital channels (paid, owned, social, website, comparison platforms). Continuously optimize headlines, formats and CTAs to improve CTR, conversion and engagement.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify trends, benchmarks and opportunities for improving acquisition performance.
- Generate insights from Semrush, Google, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and A/B testing to refine and improve content performance, and share findings with stakeholders.
- Challenge status quo,



propose new formats and strategies, and contribute to campaign concepting, content strategy and journey design.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in digital sales, e‑commerce, digital marketing, content management and/or innovation.
- Strong digital experience across multiple channels and an understanding of how they complement each other.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in analytical and optimisation tools such as Semrush, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Google dashboards, and keyword research.
- Proven ability to translate insights into stronger writing, content decisions and business outcomes.
- B2B expertise preferential, but not required.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in an international context.
- Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
