Responsibilities

- Product Planning leader for Sinks category, as well as related satellite products
- New product development project management
- Product portfolio rationalization and optimization. Ensuring that sales branches have products and ranges suitable for the market
- Definition of ranges and models to be included into technology and product roadmap
- Proposing and developing new ideas for new products, features, and solutions for the category
- Preparation of specifications and documentation for new products and product changes
- Ensuring the corporate design of the product aligned with Design department
- Trends follow up, as well as benchmarking competitors' products and ranges
- Driving make or buy process
- Technical product training to sales force

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable engineering background
- Knowledge of European market demands, product standards, or xhfqzwm compliance requirements, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred
- Proved more than 10 years’ experience in the industry
- Fluent English business
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, project promotion abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
