Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, engagement, compensation and benefits policies, and offboarding.





- Manage employee relations, acting as the first point of contact to resolve employees' inquiries and HR-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

- Support change management processes to drive business transformation.

- Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.

- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters for all levels of staff.
