This is not a traditional executive role. We're looking for someone who will initially join as the commercial leader of the business, working closely alongside the CEO and CTO, with a clear opportunity to progress into the C-level position based on performance and business milestones.

Your Mission

- Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy.
- Build relationships with senior executives across pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations.
- Translate highly technical capabilities into clear business value for customers and investors.
- Lead strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive enterprise sales and commercial negotiations.
- Represent the company with investors, partners, customers, and at international industry events.
- Help shape the overall business strategy alongside the founders.
- Build and mentor the commercial organization as the company scales.
- Contribute to fundraising and board-level discussions.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has successfully scaled a startup or scale-up in PharmaTech, MedTech, Digital Health,



Biotech, or Life Sciences software.
- Has experience selling complex B2B enterprise solutions to pharmaceutical companies.
- Has built strategic partnerships that accelerated company growth.
- Has participated in fundraising, investor presentations, or board meetings.
- Understands how pharmaceutical companies evaluate investments and business cases.
- Can bridge scientific and technical innovation with commercial success.
- Is an inspiring leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Is ready to become a C-level Executive within the next stage of their career.
