Allfunds (AMS:ALLFG) is seeking a Trade Processing Professional to support our fund distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all client trades are sent correctly and in a timely manner to the Transfer Agents responsible for each fund.
- Verify that all trade confirmations are received accurately and sent to clients for payment of subscriptions or receipt of redemption proceeds.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding trade statuses and confirmations.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all trades and confirmations.
- Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade processing and confirmations.
- Prepare and analyze reports on trade activities and operational performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations, trade processing, or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools used for trade processing and data management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
