In this role, you will be responsible for managing a strongSolar photovoltaic /strongportfolio of renewable energy assets throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring their technical, operational and commercial performance while maximizing value for our investors.
/ppbr/ppYou will work closely with multidisciplinary internal teams, external service providers and clients, acting as the main point of contact for asset owners and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance and profitability across the portfolio.

/ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliManage the day-to-day technical and commercial performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring optimal availability, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
/liliMonitor operational performance by analysing production, weather and market data to identify improvement opportunities and define preventive maintenance strategies.




/liliEnsure compliance with applicable energy regulations and maintain accurate technical and operational documentation for assigned assets.
/liliPromote compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across all supervised facilities.
/liliPrepare, manage and monitor operating (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, ensuring cost optimisation and efficient resource allocation.
/liliCoordinate and oversee the performance of Operation Maintenance (OM) contractors, market representatives and other external service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and continuous performance improvement.
/liliAct as the primary point of contact for investors and asset owners, providing regular updates, operational reporting and resolving technical or commercial matters.
/liliIdentify, evaluate and coordinate suppliers that meet the technical and commercial requirements of each project.
/liliSupport technical due diligence activities and renewable asset acquisitions through site inspections and operational assessments.
/liliCollaborate closely with internal teams including Legal, Development Construction, Energy Management, QHSE, Control Centre and Site Managers to ensure efficient asset management throughout the project lifecycle.
/liliSupport additional Asset Management initiatives across the wider portfolio, contributing to the continuous optimisation of company assets.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat You Bring /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
/liliA Master's degree in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field will be considered an advantage.
/lilistrong1-3 years of experience in Asset Management /strongor a similar role within the renewable energy sector.
/liliStrong understanding of renewable energy plant operations.
/liliKnowledge of electricity markets.




/liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
/lilistrongExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
/strong /liliStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
/liliHigh level of autonomy, attention to detail and proactive mindset.
/liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.
