Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate and monitor raw material supply risks
- Quantify the potential impact of raw material shortages on customers
- Lead crisis task forces and mitigation plans
- Drive allocation and business continuity decisions
- Help with the execution and follow‑up of the inventory allocations
- Assess supply impact and prioritize demand
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders globally
- Define and execute mitigation strategies
- Improve processes and crisis visibility

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align global and regional stakeholders
- Proven capability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into clear business impact
- Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes
