What you’ll be doingOwn and manage relationships with outsourced service providers (BPOs)Lead governance forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)Monitor and improve performance across key KPIs (CSAT, SLA, resolution times)Manage vendor scorecards, performance plans, and escalationsOversee capacity planning, forecasting,



and budgetingEnsure partners align with internal processes and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and efficiency What we’re looking for5+ years’ experience in vendor management, BPO, or operationsStrong understanding of customer support operations and CX metricsExperience managing performance via KPI frameworksExposure to forecasting, capacity planning, and commercial managementAbility to manage external partners xhfqzwm and internal stakeholders effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent English, Spanish strongly preferred
