Your Role

You will play a key role in managing and continuously improving our logistics operations, ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to warehouses, stores, project sites, and customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating domestic and international logistics operations.
- Managing transport providers, warehouses, and delivery partners.
- Planning, monitoring, and optimizing inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensuring daily deliveries are completed on time -monitoring OTIF performance -and quickly resolving any transport issues.
- Optimizing logistics processes, reduce costs, and maintain service levels
- Working closely with purchasing, sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintaining accurate logistics data and ERP records.
- Supporting inventory flow, warehouse efficiency,



and continuous operational improvements.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve transport efficiency and service quality.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations.
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Logistics Manager.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing logistics KPIs and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and improve processes.
- Driving licence.
- Based in the Málaga region.
