Grow into a senior cloud engineering role

A well-established international technology services company specialising in cloud, infrastructure, and managed services. It works with enterprise clients across multiple countries, including highly regulated sectors, delivering secure and resilient solutions.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities

-

- Implement and support Azure and Private Cloud infrastructure solutions

- Configure, manage, and optimise compute, storage, networking, and security services

- Support migration, modernisation, and upgrade activities

- Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and changes

- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation

- Support service transition into in-life managed support

- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on solution delivery

- Mentor Level 2 engineers and support skills development

- Clearly communicate technical decisions and issues to stakeholders

Financial Services & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure engineering activities comply with financial services regulations (e.G. FCA, PRA,



DORA, ISO 27001)

- Apply security, data protection, and operational resilience controls

- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews

- Maintain audit-ready documentation and change records

Governance & Reporting

- Track and manage technical risks, issues, and actions

- Support governance activities including incident and change management

- Contribute to service reporting and operational reviews

- Ensure documentation aligns with governance standards
