We’re now looking for a Data Analyst to join one of our most strategic areas: Proposition Management, working at the intersection of technology, data, and business. Please note this is a temporary position to cover a long‑term medical leave, with the duration flexible depending on the employee’s return.

Your mission

This role sits within our Proposition team. This area ensures we have a strong pipeline of innovative products and services and defines new products and services for the company.

In Practice, You Will

-

- Define and track KPIs for new products and services from early stages

- Partner with Product, BI & Tech teams to build data models and dashboards





- Monitor product performance and lead KPI follow‑ups

- Deliver deep‑deep analysis to support strategic product decisions

- Transform large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations

- Support business cases and scenario analysis for growth initiatives

- Drive reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

-

- Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and data modelling

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, xhfqzwm and data visualisation

- Ability to work hands‑on with data and translate it into business insights

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders

- Structured but able to see the bigger strategic picture

- Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands‑on approach

- Good understanding and passion about technology

- Proficiency in English;
other languages are a plus.
