Leading France’s regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and developing the necessary controlsMonitoring and managing compliance risks as operations scale locallyPromoting a proactive local culture of complianceProviding guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvementsCollaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local frameworks with integral standardsProactively identifying regulatory issues and implementing effective corrective actionsWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in regulatory complianceA solid track record of achievement across diverse areasExperience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology companyAn excellent understanding of how compliance and business risks interactTo be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlinesNice to haveA STEM or other quantitative degree from a top-tier universityProficiency in SQL, Excel, and G SuiteBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
