At FoundeverTM, we are hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Service & Reservations Advisors to support a leading international hotel brand.
If you are fluent in Portuguese and enjoy helping customers, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese
- Assist customers with bookings and inquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience

What We're Looking For

- Full professional fluency in Portuguese
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential)




- We're especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.

What We Offer

- €1,635 gross/month + €1.500 in a Sign Bonus
- 39h/week contract
- 3-month temporary contract (with possibility of extension)
- Rotating shifts between 10:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun)
- 2-month probation period
- Start date: August 31, 2026
- Fully paid on-site training
