We are hiring Danish, Swedish and Norwegian speakers for customer support roles in Málaga, with a start date in August.This is frontline support for European companies that actually care how their customers are treated. You will be the first person a customer talks to when something goes wrong, handling questions over chat, email and phone in your own language. No scripts to read word for word, no reading from a checklist. You get proper product training, then you are trusted to solve the problem in front of you.What the day looks like
