This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on target
Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant study operations




Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
Apply your clinical expertise to support AI training initiatives grounded in real-world research data
Who You Are
Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets and timelines
Skilled at coordinating with CROs, external vendors, and research partners in complex multi-site environments
Confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the details
Proactive problem-solver who keeps studies moving even when challenges arise
Clear and concise communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or digital health research
Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or GCP compliance
