You bridge business, technology, and external partners to ensure platforms deliver value and scale with the company’s growth. You lead the end-to-end definition and optimization of business processes, operating models, and governance for digital platforms. You will collaborate across functions to shape digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and compliance while enabling global programs. Compensaciones / Incentivos Act as System Owner for assigned digital platforms ensuring alignment between business priorities and platform evolution




Partner with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and shape digital operating models and solutions
Maximize business value of digital solutions by defining best practices and driving adoption
Define how digital platforms support end-to-end business processes across commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance domains
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure digital assets are scalable and fit for future digital engagement models
Oversee IT service delivery for Digital Assets (Web, Apps, systems) across the DevOps lifecycle
Prioritize demand from Business Process Owners and identify improvement opportunities
Translate business requirements into technical/functional requirements and maintain simple, user-focused processes
