Essential Demonstrating 6–8 years of experience in Professional Services, project delivery, or client-facing technology environments. Managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders. Leading cross-functional teams, including customers, contractors, and third-party suppliers. Delivering software integration and/or business-to-IT transformation projects. Applying strong project governance, controls, and delivery management disciplines. Working with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies to achieve programme objectives. Communicating complex business and technical concepts effectively in fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Desired Bringing people leadership experience, including coaching, motivation, and team development. Utilizing MS Project, SAP PPM, or other enterprise project management platforms.
