About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join an established team at Kongsberg Automotive. This position involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers across Europe so if you are self motivated, with a background in Automotive Engineering and enjoy supporting and working closely with people across the globe, this may be the position for you.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development and industrialization projects in a dynamic automotive environment.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the key interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing project profitability and operational efficiency.
Oversee manufacturing readiness, including process validation, tooling implementation, prototype builds, and production launches.
Monitor project performance through KPIs, risk management, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative solutions that meet technical, commercial, and quality requirements.




Contribute to the successful launch of new products and production lines while supporting long-term business growth.
Requirements

To Be Successful In The Role You Must Have
BCs in Industrial engineering.
High level of spoken and written English (compulsory) and German (recommended).
5 to 10 years of previous experience in the automotive sector in production, processes, metal and plastic product development departments.
Proven experience in international project management and team management.
Analytical profile with orientation to results and development of people.
Communication skills, teamwork, initiative and time management.
Knowledge in problem solving tools (Kaizen, 8D, etc.) and process audits.
Power Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge in IATF 16949:2016
APQP Knowledge
Recommended knowledge in SAP and PLM
Desirable SAP experience
