We are looking for a Product Specialist Consultant to support and guide the strategic evolution of the Ciphrebit brand , acting as a senior reference in cryptography and security products , with a strong product, market, and roadmap vision. This role is focused on proprietary product development and aims to bring proven expertise in defining, structuring, and consolidating a portfolio of cryptographic and security solutions , ensuring technical coherence, strategic positioning, and alignment with the company’s business objectives.

What are we looking for?

- An/a Product Specialist Consultant Ciphrebit - Relocation Madrid (Spain), with at least 10 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid, Spain.
- Work Model: Hybrid

Requirements:
- Senior experience in cryptography, security solutions, or critical systems, preferably in government, defense, or regulated environments.
- Strong background in product management, including roadmap definition, portfolio strategy, and long-term product vision.
- Ability to operate in a consultative and strategic role, without responsibility for day-to-day technical execution.
- Solid technical understanding to interact with expert engineering teams, combined with a strong business and market-oriented mindset.
- High level of autonomy, judgment, and ability to influence decision-making in complex environments.
- English C1 required, Spanish B2 valued.

What will your responsibilities be?




- Advise on the definition and evolution of the Ciphrebit product portfolio, including roadmap development, capability prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
- Contribute to product and brand strategy, bringing market insight, competitive analysis, and trend awareness in the fields of cryptography and security.
- Act as a product reference, supporting strategic decision-making from a functional, technical, and business-oriented perspective.
- Provide internal support to engineering, business, and pre-sales teams as needed, always from a proprietary product perspective.
- Contribute expertise in structuring value propositions, without direct involvement in customer project execution. Collaborate in defining the business plan and positioning of Ciphrebit as a reference brand in its segment.
