Proficiency on automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks.
Support the development of customer segmentation models and qualification frameworks.
Stay informed about AI trends, technologies, and applications relevant to marketing and customer engagement.
Contribute to the integration of AI tools for audiovisual content generation and automation.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
Skilled in Power Apps and Power Automate for process and task automation.
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and customer profiling.
Understanding of digital marketing and omnichannel strategy.




Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
