Senior Data Analyst – Treasury Location: Málaga or Madrid (Spain) – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. Ebury’s strategic growth plan would not be possible without our Data Analytics & Reporting team. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Treasury domain and help develop and maintain Ebury’s Data Platform, which supports internal decision making, Treasury monitoring, regulatory reporting, and commercial opportunities globally. Responsibilities Work closely with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineering, Treasury, and Product teams. Model data in our collaborative data platform to perform critical Treasury data analysis, building reports and reconciliations for the Treasury domain. Design, build, and maintain robust AI agentic workflows and analytical tools to automate and enhance Treasury data processes and decision‑making. Manage end‑to‑end Treasury solutions across all jurisdictions of the company, from requirements gathering and optimized data model creation to delivering reports to Treasury stakeholders and auditors. Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations on the data platform using our BI tools to enable Treasury teams to monitor reporting and controls.
Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics – experience applied to Treasury or Finance is a plus. Advanced SQL skills – able to read and write complex SQL queries. Experience working with AI and building agentic workflows. Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Google Cloud Platform – Big Query, Data Studio, Sigma) – a plus. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage, organise and present data in a clear, concise and actionable format. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and demanding work environment. Track record of working autonomously and managing time effectively. Fluency in English. Financial Services and Capital Markets Experience (FX, Payments, Money Markets, Treasury Management, etc.) is a good plus. Benefits Competitive salary conditions.
