Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team. The idóneo candidate will have a track record of working on complex Data Centres large scale construction projects.Job Objectives
Lead the on site scheduling teamto review internal schedules, review contractor's schedules, analyse, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope change impacts or delay enabling early identification of risksMaintain and monitor master plan schedulePrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project scheduleLead the development of the tender requirements and contractual requirements, including contractual KPl's in relation to schedule accuracy,



achievement of key milestones and timely submission of programmes for the Core ContractsDevelop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the projectIntegrate various contract packages into master plan scheduleReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to clientPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and clientMonitor progress on key delivery milestones and report on compliance in line with the agreed Baseline ProgrammeInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project scheduleAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim reportPut forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claimAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project scheduleWork out site logistic planning for projectPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of workQualifications
7- 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVMFluent in English and SpanishExperience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projectsStrong managerial and stakeholder management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDevelops good working relationships with project teamThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutionsTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
