Barcelona Planning Hub is recruiting an MPS Intern to ensure finished product availability, delivering service, cost and cash at or above target.

Mission And Responsibilities

MPS team is a key stakeholders in the relationship between suppliers, factories and markets. MPS team owns production plan schedule and site capacity to meet customer needs.

- Master the finished goods production plan for one/multiple lines
- Review and manage exception messages to balance service, inventory and capacity. Amend production plans in line with planning time fences and agreed flexibility rules (Factory Operating Strategies)
- Manage urgencies with Production/Quality/ Materials team and Logistics to ensure prompt reaction and/or to prevent potential missed net revenue.




- Adjust production plan based on materials constraints
- Plan the production plan to deliver initiatives and semi-finished campaign on time
- Own & improve MPS process(es)

THE COTY IDÓNEO FIT

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel mandatory)
- SAP knowledge (highly valued)
- OMP knowledge (highly valued)
- Priority setting and organization skills
- Team player
- Feels accountable and owner – personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver results
- Communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and motivation to develop process-automation tools
- English fluent
- Preferably with experience in Supply Chain.
- Immediate incorporation expected
