Compensation & Financials

- Total Rewards: Up to €30,000 gross annual OTE
- Base Salary: €26,000 gross annual base salary
- Performance Bonus: Up to €4,000 performance-based bonus

Daily Responsibilities

Operate as a premier commercial strategist, utilizing sophisticated digital advertising mechanisms to maximize brand performance and catalyze scalable corporate growth.

- Account Management: Manage the entire client onboarding process from start to finish, architecting smart Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies customized for diverse business models.
- Strategic Consulting: Evaluate specific client objectives to deliver bespoke digital tools that enable them to reach their core performance benchmarks.
- Campaign Management: Deploy, supervise, and continuously improve high-impact ad campaigns designed to help brands enter new markets rapidly and maintain long-term success.
- Revenue Generation: Maximize current revenue pipelines by identifying account expansion opportunities,



using data analytics to prove that their marketing spend yields a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Client Loyalty: Cultivate deep, reliable relationships to secure long-term client retention, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner in their digital business scaling.
- Administrative Precision: Maintain flawless, highly accurate records of all account updates and client communications within the company CRM software.
