A local construction company based in Calvià is currently seeking two qualified painters to join their professional team on a permanent basis. In this job, you will work on diverse projects ranging from residential refurbishments to large‑scale facade maintenance in Calvià and surrounding areas in Mallorca. You will play a crucial role in bringing spaces to life through expert preparation, application, and finishing techniques.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting essential surface preparation work, including filling gaps, sanding, and applying suitable priming coats.
- Managing interior painting projects, precise lacquering, professional wallpapering, and custom surface treatments.
- Executing exterior painting work, applying protective facade coatings, and performing regular exterior maintenance.
- Participating actively in full renovation and building rehabilitation projects.




- Performing detailed repairs, touch‑up painting, and quality control fixes to ensure complete satisfaction.

What you need to qualify for the role:

- At least 6 months of practical working experience in professional painting.
- Secondary school education (ESO or equivalent academic background).
- A valid Class B driving licence to travel between work locations.
- Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward daily tasks.
