Operations Intern (6-Month Internship Full Time Opportunity)

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team in Madrid starting in September 2026 .

Belari is a Spanish-born, digital-native brand on a mission to become Europe’s leading bathroom design brand.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Operations , collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Your mission

You’ll help improve and scale Belari’s operations across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting logistics and warehouse operations.
- Monitoring inventory and stock accuracy.
- Building operational reports and KPIs in Excel.
- Identifying process improvements.
- Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses and transport partners.
- Supporting customer operations.
- Participating in strategic operations projects.

Who we’re looking for





We’re looking for someone with exceptional attitude.

You are:

- Highly proactive.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data to identify insights and support decision-making.
- Able to make fast, independent decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Shopify, or other data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Hands-on and ready to take ownership.
- Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory.
- Professional English is required.

Education

We’re especially interested in:

- Final-year Bachelor's students
- Master’s students
- Recent graduates

Preferred backgrounds include

- Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration (ADE)
- Supply Chain, Operations or similar analytical fields

Internship details

- Madrid (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 remote)
- Full-time (40h/week)
- Start: September 2026
- Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extending the internship or joining full-time)
- Paid internship
- University internship agreement is a plus, but not required.
- Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- High chance of a full-time offer upon successful completion.
