Compensation

- Total Package: Up to €30,000 OTE
- Base Salary: €26,000 gross annually
- Performance Bonus: Up to €4,000

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary growth consultant, leveraging modern digital marketing platforms to boost brand visibility and drive scalable commercial success.

- Account Onboarding: Direct the end-to-end client integration process, crafting tailored Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad strategies for diverse industries.
- Advisory Services: Evaluate individual client requirements to deliver bespoke digital strategies that help them achieve their core business goals.
- Campaign Optimization: Launch, track, and refine high-converting ad campaigns to help brands enter new markets smoothly and maintain sustainable growth.
- Revenue Generation: Drive top-line growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, using data insights to showcase clear return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Relationship Management: Build long-lasting, trusted client partnerships to maximize retention and establish yourself as an indispensable growth partner.
- CRM Maintenance: Record precise and comprehensive logs of all client interactions and account milestones within our system.

- Languages: Fluent proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) to conduct high-level business negotiations and collaborate across international teams.

- Tech Aptitude: A forward-thinking digital mindset with proven experience utilizing AI solutions to streamline workflows and maximize client results.
