We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to help us deliver an outstanding experience to every guest — online and in our restaurants.

Responsibilities:

- Transform the interaction with our customers in the best experience.
- Handling enquiries via email, chat, and phone.




- Reply to public comments on social media, google reviews, twitter.
- Provide information about our platform and restaurants to our customer.
- Handle enquiries from our customers related to orders and situations in the restaurant and provide a satisfactory resolution.
- Partnering with the App Developers team to analyse customer’s requests to improve our digital product experience.
- Collaborate in different internal projects involving the CX team.
- Active communication with the CX team and the restaurants.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluent in Spanish, French and English.

Working Hours:

- Sunday to Thursday: From 15:00 to 23:00.
