Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for a rewarding job opportunity on the vibrant island of Mallorca? An established rural tourism venue (Agroturisme / Agroturismo) located in Manacor is actively seeking four motivated restaurant servers to join its front-of-house team. In this position, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests while enjoying a collaborative environment in one of Mallorca's most charming regions.

Responsibilities

- Preparing and setting up the restaurant area to ensure everything is ready for guest arrival.
- Attending to customers, providing menu advice, and taking food and beverage orders promptly.
- Delivering food and drinks efficiently while following the quality standards of the establishment.
- Setting, clearing, and resetting tables throughout service shifts.
- Maintaining order, hygiene, and cleanliness across all service areas and stations.
- Collaborating closely with both the service team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Profile Requirements





- Proficiency in English at a B1 level to communicate effectively with international guests.
- German language skills are valued as a strong advantage.
- Possession of an A1 driving license.
- No prior professional experience required (0 months experience), as dedication and a positive attitude are key.
- A guest-focused approach, strong professional standards, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Contract Conditions

- Full-time work schedule in a seasonal permanent contract model (Fix discontinu).
- Initial duration of 5 months, with options for contract renewal or extension.
- Gross annual salary set at €25,935.98.
- Scheduled start date of August 1, 2026, with 4 total positions open for recruitment.
