Silversea seeks a S.A.L.T. Host/Coordinator to bridge culinary execution and guest engagement aboard our ship. You will host in the S.A.L.T. Kitchen, attend briefings, and provide curated menu advice while maintaining brief, engaging interactions with guests.
You will oversee the S.A.L.T. Lab and collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine, Bartender, and staff to ensure seamless dining experiences and shore activity promotions, all while upholding USPH standards and safety protocols.
