• Perform regular supplier process audits and periodic supplier performance evaluations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier manufacturing and quality performance.

• Manage the full lifecycle quality control of materials, from development and industrialization through mass production.

• Support suppliers in improving their quality management systems, processes, and overall capabilities.

• Monitor supplier quality targets and performance indicators, including PPM and MIS.

• Follow up on supplier change processes and conduct audits whenever required.

• Evaluate supplier production capacity and readiness to support project and production requirements.

• Manage PPAP submissions and releases,



including PSW approval.

• Conduct product and process audits to verify compliance with applicable quality requirements.

• Support the product localization process by ensuring that supplier quality requirements are met throughout development and industrialization.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supplier quality issues and ensure the timely delivery of compliant parts.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management.

• Strong knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies, including APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and 8D.

• Ability to independently plan and execute part, product, process, and production audits.

• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and their key quality control points.

• Experience in supplier quality management, supplier audits, quality issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage supplier quality concerns.

• Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• High level of responsibility and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Self-motivated and committed to continuous professional development.

• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in daily business activities.

• Availability for business travel.
