The Alpega Group is looking for an AP Accountant. This role will be part of our Finance & Accounting team within Alpega. This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting of several subsidiaries in areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting.
- Support of the accounting team with the monthly closing.
- Provide assistance for statistical reports as well as statutory notifications.
- Proactive engagement in process optimization projects.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

- Successfully completed accounting education
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Advance/Bilingual level of Spanish is a plus




- Highly detail oriented & using structured approaches to problem solving.
- Responsible, proactive, autonomous & flexible.
- Willing to continuous training and extension of the knowledge.
- Dynamic, passionate, positive and enthusiastic.
- Team oriented, having a strong ability to communicate properly with internal and external stakeholder at all levels.
