Job Summary

The Order Management Coordinator primary responsibility will be to print and allocate orders for each client in the most efficient way possible. They will be responsible for looking at orders for each client, grouping like orders with like SKUs together for maximum efficiency, assisting operations with efficient ways of allocating and shipping the orders, serving as a resource for orders that cannot be allocated, and helping implement new processes outlined by CPM for operations. They will also assist with replenishments for Inventory Control and Warehouse, running replenishments for what is needed to allocate orders as well as proactively replenishing for future orders, and handling any ad‑hoc requests from the CPM Team. During times of low order volume and projects, they may be asked to assist operations with picking and packing orders.
