Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist / Aesthetic Specialist to provide personalized, high‑quality massage treatments and facials at our brand‑new luxury spa. The role involves creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere while delivering expert care to enhance guests’ wellness journeys.

Essential Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments that relax and rejuvenate guests.
- Administer personalized facial treatments and skincare consultations.
- Act as a wellness advisor, customizing treatments to address mind, body, and spirit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Assist with retail product sales and recommend products to guests.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms, ensuring proper sanitization and restocking.
- Support spa reception, managing online and phone reservations and providing professional service.
- Additional knowledge of manicure/pedicure or yoga teaching is welcome.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Passion for wellness and genuine desire to help others look and feel their best.
- Certification as a massage therapist and aesthetician, with strong foundations in anatomy, physiology, and skincare techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a welcoming,



relaxing environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all aspects of work.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury spa or resort setting.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are welcome.
- Experience in manicure & pedicure or yoga teaching is welcome.
